Shhh... You're Invited to a Secret Sound Bath

Join us for a magical evening of rest and relaxation in nature.

We'll meet at Banstead Woods Car Park, Holly Lane, Chipstead (CR5 3NR) at 7:00pm. We'll wait around 10 minutes for everyone to arrive before taking a gentle 10–15 minute walk through the woods to a beautiful clearing that holds a special place in my heart. I've dreamed of sharing a Sound Bath here for a long time, and I'm so excited to finally invite you.

All are welcome. Feel free to bring friends, partners and children, as long as they're happy to sit or lie quietly for the duration of the session.

Please bring:

• A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
• A blanket (it can become cool as we relax)
• A pillow or cushion if you'd like extra comfort
• Warm, comfortable clothing
• A bottle of water if you wish

The Sound Bath will last approximately 45–50 minutes, allowing you to completely unwind beneath the trees.

• Children: £5

Please bring cash on the night (correct change would be greatly appreciated).

When you reserve your place, you'll receive a confirmation email. The day before the event, we'll send a quick email asking you to confirm your attendance so we know who to expect.
