Traditionally, this is a time to take stock as we look at our personal harvest and consider how this year has been. What do we wish to plant more of? What might we do differently and what are the lessons we have learnt?
In this Autumn Equinox Women's Circle we will connect with nature as the days begin to shorten and the nights lengthen, nature slows down and we do the same - turning our attention inwards.
When women sit together in a Sister Circle it is so powerful. We gather with respect and honour for all of those present, and to make space for everyone to be heard and held in loving energy. It is the most powerful healing force on the planet!
I would love to invite you to join this circle where together we will share breathwork, chat, guided meditation, loving energy, hot drinks and tasty snacks.
