This extended Pregnancy Yoga class is a supersized version of the weekly session, running for 1 hour 45 minutes. The extra time allows for a gentle welcome with tea and conversation, followed by breathwork, mindful movement and a deeply relaxing savasana to finish.

This is a calm, friendly and supportive class, offering plenty of space to meet and chat with other expectant mums.
