Parent & Child Workshop for Breath & Movement (School Starter Age 4-6)

I am thrilled to be hosting this gorgeous Parent & Child Workshop for Breath and Movement.

This 90 minute workshop is designed for one parent to attend with one child (4-6 years) and will consciously create time to be together, to move, breathe and connect to one another.

Now more than ever, our lives can feel disconnected and full of digital distraction. Yoga and mindfulness offer us tools to unwind and move into our bodies and our breath.

Together we will explore breath, movement and connection through games and exercises - and reflect on how you will take away these tools so you can use them in everyday life.

No previous yoga experience is necessary. Just come and join me for this fun, inspiring and nourishing session.

Also open for kids to attend with other family members or other significant important person!

T&Cs:

This pass is eligible for this specific workshop is scheduled to accommodate a set amount of attendees.  It is not transferable and non refundable.  If you are unable to attend, you are very welcome to send someone else in your place.

I kindly ask you to:

• Enter via the side gate as usual

• Please use the hand sanitiser provided at the door

• If you need to use the toilet, there will be antibacterial wipes to use to clean surfaces and taps, and there will be hand sanitiser, soap and paper towels for hand washing

• If you’d like to bring your own mat, blanket, pillow and blocks you are welcome to, but please avoid bringing coats and keep other personal items to a minimum

• You can of course wear a mask if you want to

• Please do not come to a class at the studio if you or anyone in your household is feeling unwell or has a temperature (even if you don’t think it’s COVID19)
