This is a gentle, friendly and relaxed class, with time to meet and chat with other expectant mums. Sessions may run for up to 75 minutes.

About Pregnancy Yoga

Pregnancy yoga offers many wonderful benefits for both you and your baby. Prenatal poses help regulate the nervous system, balance hormones and stress levels, and support healthy pelvic floor function. Naturally calming, yoga nurtures trust in your body and confidence in its ability to birth.

This class supports you physically, emotionally and spiritually as you move through pregnancy and prepare for labour. You’ll learn useful breathing techniques for labour, explore supportive information for each stage, and meet other mums-to-be.


IMPORTANT:
You do not need a pass to join the waitlist, but if you are offered a place in the class, you must have a valid pass.
If you need to cancel your place, you can—but if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the class start time, you will use your credit.
Passes can only be used for Pregnancy Yoga and are non-transferable.
