Pregnancy yoga has so many benefits for both you and baby during this special time. Prenatal yoga poses support the nervous system, balance hormones, stress levels and brings healthy functioning of the pelvic floor. Naturally calming, yoga instills trust in your body and it's ability to birth.
This class prepares you physically, emotionally and spiritually for the transformation of pregnancy and labour. I teach breathing techniques to use through labour and we also run through lots of different information to help you through pregnancy and labour. You'll also meet other mummies to make friends with!
